Circular Economy in the Office

As a result of Lynn and Laura attending a LEP Circular Economy Seminar, we are starting to look at how environmentally conscious we are. Not just on our sites, but across the whole company, including in the office.

We have started making a couple of easy changes to help reduce our waste and promote re-using and recycling.

1) We now have recycling boxes in the kitchen, so we can sort our waste and take it to our local Yorwaste Recycling Centre each week.

2) We have made a vow to not order in any more plastic wallets, and search for more environmentally friendly alternative than using the single-use plastic.
